By accessing and using the services of Post-Urbanism, you agree to the conditions detailed below. Please read this document carefully.
Post-Urbanism offers civil engineering, corporate architecture, and urban planning services focused on smart city infrastructure. Deliverables include feasibility studies, structural designs, 3D simulations, master plans, and energy efficiency networks. The scope of each project is defined in the specific contract signed between the parties.
The client undertakes to provide truthful, complete, and timely information regarding the land, local regulations, environmental restrictions, and any applicable technical requirements. Any delay or unforeseen modification caused by inaccurate information shall be the client's responsibility and may imply adjustments to the agreed deadlines and costs.
All plans, digital models, reports, and technical documents developed by Post-Urbanism are the property of the firm until full payment of the agreed fees. Once paid, the client receives a usage license for the specific project. The reproduction, distribution, or modification of the materials without written authorization from Post-Urbanism is prohibited.
Post-Urbanism shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or interruptions arising from the use of the services, provided that it has acted in accordance with current technical standards. The maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the project in question. This limitation does not apply in cases of fraud or gross negligence.
Either party may terminate the contract with a written notice of 30 days. In the event of a material breach (non-payment, violation of intellectual property, submission of false information), the affected party may terminate immediately. The work performed up to the date of termination will be invoiced and the client must pay for it.
